Hello!!! It’s been a little longer than I’d have liked between this post and my last, however I have been working on something in the background which has taken up a lot of my time (more on this to follow soon).
In the meantime I thought it would be good to do a finance update. It’s been exactly six months since I launched this blog back in October 2026. Time has flown, but the results… well, let’s just say they’ve been a bit slower than I had hoped.

The Honest Truth
So far, I’ve tried out 6 different side hustles (1 being this blog itself). If you want the full details on each one, you can read more about them here:
Adsterra – pending post
I’m going to be perfectly honest with you: I haven’t made a single penny yet.
• Amazon Associates: £0

• Clickbank: £0

• Adsterra: £0

Frustrating? Absolutely.
The Costs So Far
Getting this blog off the ground hasn’t been completely free. I paid for Bluehost hosting and the domain name, which came to £45.34 for the whole year. Not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things, but still money going out with nothing coming back in, yet.
It’s a shame not to have seen any return so far, especially after putting in the time writing posts and testing different approaches.
Not Giving Up
Here’s the thing — I’m not quitting. Not even close.

I know there’s a way to crack this….eventually. Plenty of people have built successful blogs from nothing, and I’m determined to figure out what works for me. Maybe I need to tweak the strategy, focus on different hustles, improve the content, or just keep showing up consistently until things start to click.
This is a short and straight-to-the-point update because I want to keep it real. No fluff, no fake “I made £10,000 in my first month” stories. Just the truth from where I’m standing right now.
Thanks for reading, and if you’re on your own hustling journey and hitting similar walls — you’re not alone. Stick with it.
I’ll be back soon with more updates (and hopefully some actual numbers next time!).
Keep hustling……
