Hi, I’m new here!

I’m Ruby. I’m a mum of two (four year old daughter and a 5 month old son). They are the reason I’ve decided to start a blog, something I have zero experience with.

I’m currently on maternity leave but it’s due to end soon, which I’m very sad about. So, I decided to look into ways in which I can start a side hustle so I can reduce the need for a traditional 9-5 job and to give me the financial freedom to spend more time with my family. This led me to Pinterest which is a treasure trove of side hustle ideas – everything from “easy money” schemes to so-called passive income streams. But here’s the thing: I’m a bit skeptical. Do these ideas actually work like all those glossy influencers make it seem.

So, I’m embarking on a fun experiment testing out those “too good to be true” side hustles – especially the ones that promise to be easy or passive. I’ll be sharing what works, what flops, and everything in between. Let’s find out if there’s real money to be made!
